The objective of this module is to explain as simply as possible how the Internet works and especially
why it works fast one time and slowly another time.
We are striving for a balance between technical perfection and exemplary instruction.
From a technical point of view some topics may seem very simple, but our primary purpose is
to help the user understand the basic principles of how the Internet works.
